Molina Healthcare has an immediate career opportunity for (2) Healthcare Business Analyst II for our St. Louis, MO location. This position provides healthcare and financial analysis, including quantifying and analyzing membership, utilization, contracting and financial elements of health care for Medicaid and Medicare, utilizing decision support tools, standard reports and developing ad hoc analyses. Develop standard reports to support the multiple departments within the health plan, including Finance, Provider Contracting, and, Healthcare Services. Assist with the development and maintenance of databases used within Finance to support various programs and to provide tracking, monitoring and reporting. Accountable for developing the understanding and applying of how data and analytics can benefit the performance of their assigned functional area and the organization.
