Healthcare Construction Project Manager

 

I’m searching for a Project Manager for a mid-sized general contractor in the Midwest US region.  This
individual needs to have a strong background in managing healthcare projects. This is an urgent position,
and
leadership/mentoring capabilities are desired. Below are a few details
of what we are looking for:

 

Responsibilities:

·         Oversee and provide direction on single, or multiple projects simultaneously

·         Ability to run the project on his/her own

·         Provide management for the superintendents and project engineers

·         Ability to travel regionally, relocation preferred

 

Requirements:

·        10+ years of proven project management experience

·         Proven experience working with clean room, labs, and healthcare equipment

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Experience working in a self-performing environment

·         Must be able to motivate, supervise, and lead a team to a final goal

·         Must be able to travel as needed to project sites

·         Must have good time management skills and organizational skills

·         Estimating experience a plus!
