Healthcare Corporate Finance or Consulting Turnaround Manager x 2 recruitment

Although a joint division some of the roles will be more transaction and corporate finance oriented, whilst others will draw more on performance improvement and strategy from a healthcare management consulting perspective.

The team is responsible for project managing and delivering improvements for NHS organisations and key regulators. Your role will be pivotal in enabling organisations to enhance their performance and efficiency or addressing operational restructuring or turnaround situations with under-performing businesses or failing NHS organisations.

Typical projects could include depending on your specialism:

•  Turnaround Projects Efficiency reviews
•  Cost improvement Strategies
•  Due diligence Support in the development of business plans and financial models
•  Option appraisals MA transactions or capital investments
•  Corporate Finance support to NHS organisations considering MA transactions
•  Financial modelling;
•  Implementing performance/cost improvement strategies;
•  Project Management Office (PMO) support for efficiency and turnaround

In all roles you will be client facing and responsible for managing the delivery of the projects. Crucial is your understanding of the industry as you will be parachuted in as the experts in critical turnaround situations.

You must have some healthcare, NHS or PCT industry expertise. You may be from a corporate finance, MA, Due Diligence or transaction Services background for the Financial Advisory stream. OR must have experience of performance improvement, cost-reduction efficiencies, and turnaround projects for the management consulting role.
