Healthcare Cust Service - Waltham Job Description: Our client is currently seeking several candidates to perform responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: * Handling and responding to upwards of 100 calls per day from doctors and patients. * Multi tasking and updating information accurately into database. * Researching and resolving customer service inquiries.
