Healthcare M&A Analysts – Mid-Market Private Equity
An elite London-based Mid-Cap Private Equity Fund is looking to add one highly skilled Top-Tier Investment banking analyst for an Associate position.
The candidate will have an excellent education, MA pedigree and solid valuation skills whilst covering the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical sectors around UK-Europe.
The internationally renowned Private Equity Firm operates on a steady structure which gives MA analysts a unique opportunity to propel themselves forward in their career in the company?s organic growth structure. The firm also promises a no-glass-ceiling approach to promotions and success, meaning that there is no limit placed upon the individual?s progress to the top level?s of the company.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
- You will be operating on very high exposure to live deals and transactions, so candidates must be driven to achieve their goals
- Key due diligence and valuation of companies
- Close contact with the Managers and Directors in the deal flow, as the firm operate a vertical structure with clear career goals
- The fund operate on a sector structure centred upon a Healthcare, Industrials and Consumer sector focus so these will be the dominating lead of investment focus
The firm has raised over 30 Billion Euros of capital since inception. The successful candidate will work directly with the top managers and directors and focus with them on investments in a particular sector, developing and building upon their expertise in this field.

- Be an MA Analyst at a top-tier Investment Bank
- Have a strong sector focus
- Be able to fluently speak a European Language outside of English
- Have strong organisational and interpersonal skills
