Position Summary: Responsible for supporting and coordinating the efforts of the Human Resources functions. Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing relocations and intern program.
Education and Experience: A Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or related field. PHR/SPHR certification preferred. Or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, training, and work experience. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience in Human Resources. Human Resources recruiting, generalist background and management experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Working knowledge of office environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). Moderate problem solving and critical thinking skills. Moderate degree of personal sensitivity, with high level of trust and integrity due to the level of confidential matters. Excellent customer service skills. Well organized, self-directed and able to manage time; ability to organize processes and information. Excellent ability to work well on a team and with others.
