Our Leeds office is currently interviewing people for both trainee and experienced recruiter roles within our Healthcare division.
The job of recruitment consultant is very sales focused; the role is very demanding and requires strong communication skills, commercial nous, superior time management and a desire to take market share in the healthcare recruitment industry.
Being a 360’ recruitment consultant with Hays Healthcare will see you building a portfolio of business clients, sourcing suitable candidates and ultimately placing those candidates with your clients ahead of your competition. With this in mind, you must be very comfortable making sales calls with the view to build rapport with organisations with the aim of securing exclusivity on all recruitment needs. You also need to be professionally presented with good people skills which will allow you to secure the best candidates on the market.
