We currently have an opportunity for a Healthcare recruitment consultant to develop and run his / her own desk which specialises in the temporary nursing market. This high performing business is seeking recruit individuals who are driven and self-motivated, with a passion for delivering excellent customer services.
In this candidate driven market you will have access to world class recruitment databases in order to build your own bank of nurses that you will place in NHS and private sectors. Building long lasting client and candidate relationships will go hand in hand with other activities such as making business development calls, developing marketing campaigns, arranging and attending client meetings and recruitment days.
Desired Skills Experience:
We are eager to hear from candidates with recruitment experience from within the NHS Healthcare / nursing sector. You will have a positive and proactive approach to your work and will be used to working in a target driven sales environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver first class customer services are essential.
