Healthcare – Senior Analyst recruitment
With offices across Europe, North America and Asia this investment bank has a global footprint providing MA, Restructuring Debt Advisory, IPO and Financial Sponsors support to its clients. Against market trends the European business is continuing to grow and there is a clear strategy in place to become the number one mid-market investment bank over the course of the next 5 years. To support this expansion the bank has made a number of key senior hires.
The Healthcare team has had a strong 2011 and goes into 2012 with an excellent pipeline. As a result of increased deal execution there is a need to hire an experienced Senior Analyst. As a Senior Analyst your primary responsibility will be the execution of MA and IPO advisory mandates. You will be expected to take a lead on valuations work and help develop junior members of the team. In addition to this you will assist senior members of the team on the origination of new business, by preparing pitch materials and attending presentations and client meetings. As part of a smaller team you will be given the opportunity to take on additional responsibility. Suitable candidates will have experience working on healthcare deals, where they should be able to demonstrate some deal execution experience. They should have strong numerical / analytical skills and be good interpersonally.
