Full Job Description

An urgent requirement has arisen at this national heavyweight commercial firm inLondonfor a Healthcare/Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join the firm on a 6 - 12 month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave, which may mature into a permanent role.

The firm's defendant clinical negligence group is rated very highly within the Legal500, consisting of 7 partners, 15 solicitors and support staff. The role is to work alongside the mid level associates on clinical negligence cases and to provide assistance whilst the team are down due to maternity leaves. The work will cover a range of clinical negligence work including medical indemnity, private healthcare and alternative medicine.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years PQE in clinical negligence matters from a rated defendant firm. You will be able to start immediately however candidates on 1 month notice or less will be considered. Candidates who have qualified abroad with recentUKexperience will also be considered.
