Hedge Fund Accountant Position available (NEW) Job in Dublin Ireland

We are currently seeking candidates who have experience in Fund Accounting Roles and are looking to progress their career with an international institution. The Roles we are currently recruiting for range from junior positions through to senior management positions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for assisting the completion of accurate Net Asset Value (NAV) of a fund to strict deadlines.
- Ensuring all positions are priced correctly while processing and reviewing fund capital activity.
- Processing, reviewing and resolving of various account transactions, and reconciling cash and position items.
- Liaising and coordinating with colleagues and departments on fund and audit queries, reconciliations, and financial statements
- Contribute to the team through on the job staff training and liaising with external parties to enhance client satisfaction.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
The successful candidate will be:
- Experience using the NTAS or Geneva Advent systems.
- Have related experience in a fund accounting firm.
- Experience in NAV
- Equivalent to a minimum second class honours degree in business, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Organised and deadline driven with excellent attention to detail
