Hedge Fund Accounting Business Analyst recruitment
Candidate should have at least 8 - 10 years of business analysis experience at a hedge fund or asset management firm with understanding of the financial products. Position will also require providing support including ad hoc reporting and business process analysis. This is a fast-paced environment that rewards people who quick-thinking and creative. Working knowledge of General Ledger/Fund Accounting systems, Profit-and-Loss calculations, Accounting for Derivative/Fixed Income Products and master-feeder fund structures are required. At least a BS in Accounting or Finance is required but a higher level of education is preferred. Knowledge of SQL, Charles River, Geneva or Sungard VPM is a plus.
