Hedge Fund Asset Raiser – COMMISSION ONLY recruitment

A very rewarding commission structure is available where one will have plenty of autonomy to make the role their own. This opportunity would suit someone who would not require the need of an immediate income as the position will be based on a very appealing commission structure, which will have a trail in place for further years. This will not suit everyone so it will be important that one appreciates this factor before considering the opportunity further.

The person will initially have a number of active accounts / relationships to work with and at the same time will have the freedom to develop their own pipeline. The client is keen for this person to have exposure to either the UK, Benelux, Switzerland, Scandinavia or a combination of these areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the current Partners and the London based sales team

• Liaising with top-level executives

• Managing the sales pipeline

• Managing current clients and ensuring that they are kept abreast of new offerings from the company

• Developing one’s own leads and utilising their own network

• Exceeding client expectations and ensuring contract negotiations are as smooth as possible.

Skills requirements:

• Ideally a number of years’ experience as a salesperson within an investment bank, hedge fund or conventional fund manager, as well as one possessing a clear understanding of various institutional markets

• Feeling comfortable working in an unstructured environment

• Self-starter, have a strong desire to succeed and have a proven track record of out-performance

• Strong communication skills, including being fluent in either German, and French ideally.
