The Hedge Fund Controller must have a very strong working knowledge of hedge fund

partnership or similar pooled entity accounting principles, and specifically deep experience in: valuation

principles and methodologies; investor allocation methodologies; accounting for offshore corporations

including series/share accounting; tax compliance; and financial reporting to investors.

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

8-15 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH HEDGE FUNDS OR FUNDS OF FUNDS ACCOUNTING

BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING/FINANCE

MBA STRONGLY PREFERRED

CPA REQUIRED

EXCEPTIONAL WRITTEN AND VERBAL SKILLS
