Job Description
We have a rare opportunity with significantly above-market compensation for an experienced addition to our small trading team. As we expand in both global reach and asset classes, we’re looking for someone who can handle the responsibility of trading for a successful firm that still wants to achieve more. The Execution Trader will be responsible for trading our proprietary quantitative strategies both in the US and abroad; experience in foreign markets is a plus, but the right candidate must be willing to trade European hours during their tenure in addition to being a skillful trader.
Whether you are dealing with trades that are new for the team or with one of the lucrative and established strategies that has already proven successful, you may need to launch and maintain external relationships, you must be able to handle decisions involving people and technology with millions of dollars on the line, and you would be responsible for finding the liquidity to execute orders for a profitable book in this role. Our company has very low turnover, so we’re looking for someone with real trading talent that can be an accountable team player as we grow and evolve, someone who could bounce back from any tough trades to continue making a positive impact at our firm.
