Hedge Fund of Funds Sales Associate recruitment
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Individual will be responsible for cultivating relationships, increase brand awareness, and drive sales into strategies.
• Role will require a solid understanding of investment management capabilities with the ability to communicate investment philosophy process to prospects and existing clients.
• Individual should have a strong understanding of hedge fund structures, fund operations, and strategy(equity, credit, event driven, relative value, and global macro). The role will require the ability to position complex investment themes and analysis to sophisticated clients.
• The role will include strategic selling to both boutique and large organizations(Assets range from $500mm to $20b +).
• Candidate needs to be skilled in both capital raising and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Qualifications/Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in sales
• Solid understanding of hedge fund/private equity markets and products
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team construct
• Commercially oriented
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Solid presentation skills
• Project management skills
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
