Hedge Fund Product Control – Fixed Income recruitment
Reporting to the CFO and with extensive interaction and exposure to the front office you're responsible for:
• Production and review of daily NAV for at least one of the funds managed
• Reconciliation and reasonability tests of “Below the Line” PL items such as dividends, coupons, borrow and financing costs
• Independent price verification of products within the fund. Products tested would be tailored to prior experience
• Financial reporting (monthly NAV production and Investor Relations reporting)
• Further valuations experience in full spectrum of products
• Risk
• Treasury and FX Hedging
• Infrastructure specification and testing
Experience and person skills required:
• Be a highly motivated financial controller looking to join a Multi Strategy Hedge Fund Manager
• ACA or international equivalent, OR/AND CFA or CIMA
• Experience in investment banking or the hedge fund industry
• Strong communication skills very important due to interaction with trading and other teams
