Hedge Fund Sales Executive recruitment
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the distribution of hedge funds to a broad range of parties
• Developing strong relationships with all participants who one is in contact with
• Supporting the business partners when required
• Managing the sales pipeline
• Continually expanding one’s understanding of the various strategies and asset classes
• Working closely with fund managers to be kept abreast of all changes and developments
• Exceeding client expectations and ensuring contract negotiations are as smooth as possible.
Requirements:
• A graduate with a degree from a recognised University
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a marketer/sales person within a hedge fund related company, as well as having a clear understanding of various institutional markets
• Have a preference for a small, unstructured, rapidly growing environment versus a large, institutional workplace
• Self-starter, have a strong desire to succeed and have a proven track record of out-performance
• Strong communication skills.
• European language skills a plus – either French, German or a Scandinavian language would be a plus.
