Hedge Fund/Fund Of Fund Sales Person – Leading Multi Manager; Hong Kong recruitment
The company offer a range of global and Asian FoHFs to investors worldwide and are generally regarded as being one of the pioneers in the Asian fund of hedge funds industry with total assets under management of over US$1.5 billion. They are now seeking to add a senior sales person due to continued growth in the business. The main responsibilities of this role will include:
• Identifying and targeting potential new investors throughout Asia, with a focus on the Hong Kong and Singapore markets
• Actively targeting new clients through meetings, events and road shows
• Building and developing existing client relationships through meetings to ensure continued investments
• Promotion of full range of products offered to new and existing clients
• Provide guidance to sales support and marketing team
• Advise on marketing materials, presentations, pitches, etc
The ideal candidate for this position will likely demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
• A proven track record in selling a range of global hedge funds and fund of funds
• A thorough understanding and knowledge of the fund of funds space and of the Asian marketplace in general
• A background of building and developing relationships with a range of institutional and intermediary clients across Asia
• A network of institutional and intermediary investors throughout Asia
• Fluency in Cantonese and English is beneficial
