Via our core building blocks - Sales, Marketing, Product Structuring, Communications - we service a global institutional and distribution driven client base. With more then 40 peer group leading investment funds and programs with AUM in excess of 50bln, managed by multi manager as well as single manager hedge fund firms, we service a wide range of alternative investment clients, from first time investor to sophisticated multi billion dollars hedge fund investment operation.

We continue to grow our sales force with a target of 120 people globally, and are currently looking for sales managers that are self-motivated, highly confident, well-established, alternative-passionate and committed entrepreneurial thinkers and doers, that are keen to build and grow a business with full autonomy and via a modern, yet proven approach to regional management.

Sales Managers will own and control the growth of their region or market segment, participating in team success and company value by building on their strengths.

Requirements for this position

·      Very good understanding of Hedge Fund Industry

·      Portable client base and the ability to raise at least USD 20mln in year one

·      Proven Successful track record of asset raising in the region of USD 150mln pa in individual sales

·      Self motivated without the need for Sales Manager pressure

·      At least 10 years of experience

This is an ideal position for an independent, self-motivated hedge fund specialist enjoying good product and identifying a solution for a clients` need, with the potential of earning well over USD 1 million in 12 months time.

Sales Mangers are incentivized via high margin revenue shares of up to 50% on regular alternative investment fee structures, which will create a growing and reliable cash flow over the years, rewarding client retention without the need to "push" new product.
