Finance Process Team Leaders, Kraków
Reporting to a Finance Process Manager you will work in the area of Purchase to Pay (PtP) Order to Cash (OtC), or Record to Report (RtR).
You will play a significant role in the success of this newly established organisation, developing and leading high performing teams in a fast moving shared services environment meeting agreed service levels, ensuring compliance with Group accounting policies and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
In each case you should be a Professional with more than 5 years of relevant experience, hold a University degree / masters level in Finance or Accounting or similar. For the RtR process you should also hold an internationally recognised Accounting Qualification.
You should have experience in:
- Leading and motivating teams in the area of PtP, OtC or RtR within a cross-border pan-European Finance Shared Service Centre environment
- Service performance measurement and reporting, including use of PPIs and SLAs
- Supervising the application of country specific Tax and statutory requirements as appropriate
- Staff resourcing, interviewing and selection, performance management and people development/coaching
- Being proactive in identifying and solving problems/issues
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to form effective relationships with a local business teams
- Sound understanding of ERP Accounting Systems (SAP, Oracle)
Fluent English (written and spoken) and a second European language such as Dutch, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Spanish, etc., is essential.
