North Ryde Veterinary Hospital has been around for over 40 years. We are like a GPs family practice and are here to help the local community and their pets. We believe only the best is good enough for the animals we work with. We like to do our jobs to a high standard and have fun but we need an anchor to keep us on track and do all the stuff we are really bad at. Since September the practice has been under new ownership and is being completely upgraded and re-fitted. Consequently we need someone to sort out all our systems and procedures and get everything running smoothly and then, most importantly, keep it that way in the future. Your job will include: Making sure everyone else follows the procedures Keeping all documents filed correctly (keeping my desk tidy). Keeping your managers diary up to date and ensure he doesnt miss appointments and meetings. Ensuring the reception area meets our hygiene requirements. Cashing up each day Stock management. Handling insurance claim forms Ensure test results are dealt with on schedule . As well as keeping us in order, you will be greeting our customers, making them feel at home and comfortable and selling them the services they need.
