Help Desk Analyst Level II Job in New York 10017, New York Us

Publishing Giant located in midtown seeks a Help Desk Technician for an immediate contract position.

Responsibilities include:

Help Desk Support- 50% desktop support, 50% phone support

Responsible for supporting 150+ users between three associates

Requirements

Must have PC Support, Mac support is a plus
Must have experience supporting Blackberry

Prior experience in Publishing required- supporting a production/design team

Must have experience supporting Quark and Photoshop

Must have experienc in creating custom PC Imaging
Experience in GHOST, deployment of images
Experience with GPO
2003 and 2008 AD Experience
· Expert with Microsoft SCCM

o Experienced with packaging MS software for deployment

o Experienced with packaging 3rd party applications for deployment

Experience with Nova is required.

Experience supporting tablets is also required.

Candidates must have 1-2 years related experience.
