The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, phone and written communication skills This is a high volume call center that provides customer service for a number of external and internal facing applications along with our clients Secure Email application. Members, plan sponsors, providers, producers and our clients employees servicing customers contact our helpdesk via toll free number. Secure Emails may contain PHI (Personal Health Information) or Financial information and can be sent to external contacts using KANA or Outlook and user may access using any existing email application and internet browser. Employer Secure Website is a plan sponsors portal used to access all of their reports and applications.
