Job Description:
Our client, a well known and respected education services based corporation, will be adding Tier 2 and Tier 3 Help Desk professionals to their call center. The Help Desk team assists university student and instructors with online educational products.

This position includes paid product training and provides a professional and dynamic environment.

Successful candidates possess exceptional customer service skills, are reliable, able to remain organized and efficient in a high pressure environment, have the ability to articulate and explain technical concepts via phone and email, can think and work independently as well as within a team environment, research issues and exhibit solid time management skills.

This position requires recent Help Desk call center experience, utilizing a call center ticketing system, familiarity with Windows and Mac, ability to troubleshoot computer issues, understanding on how to install and un install software applications and programs, ability to download and install applications from a website, experience with changing security settings on various web browsers, working knowledge of Word, Excel Power Point and Outlook, working knowledge of PC and Mac internet browsers, ability to distinguish the difference between operating systems, ability to remove and add programs.
