TEKsystems is in need of a strong Help Desk technician for one of our largest clients in Honolulu. This person must have at least 2-3 years of phone support experience, hands-on troubleshooting both Windows and Mac equipment. Great customer service experience is a must. Top 3 skills: - 2-3+ years of phone support experience - Troubleshooting both Windows and Mac equipment - Experience in a large, enterprise, structured call center - Strong customer service experience.
