Help Desk Technician, Level 1/2 Technical Support, Windows Environment, Growing International Co!

If you are a bright recent college graduate with 2-4 years of experience as a Help Desk Technician or Technical Support Representative, please keep reading!

Located in Los Angeles, we are a leading designer and manufacturer of high-tech IP cameras and software. Due to our growth, we are looking for a talented, self-motivated and energetic help desk technician with no more than 5 years of experience to join our team. This will be an internal support position for our corporate headquarters with training and growth potential.

What you need for this position?

- Windows XP, Windows 7
- Dell Hardware installation and configuration
- Microsoft Office 2007 2010
- Mobile User Support (Blackberry/iPhone/etc.)
- Exchange 2007 with Outlook 2007 and 2010 with Outlook Anywhere
- Windows Server 2003, Windows 2008
- Ethernet and Wireless Networking
- Must have Bachelor's Degree in IT

Basic to Advanced Knowledge in the following:

- Asterisk and VOIP
- RedHat Enterprise Linux
- Blackberry Enterprise Server
- Apple iPad
- VMware ESXi

Certifications preferred:

- CompTIA Network+
- MCDST (or better)
- Any manufacture certifications (Dell, HP, etc…)

What you'll be doing?

- Setting up new users in Active Directory
- Configuring e-mail
- Configuring phone extension
- Setting up new computers and printers
- Installing and configuring software
- Removing malware/virus
- New and refresh installs of Windows OS
- Patch Windows OS with updates and install application updates
- Research of new software and technologies and hardware
- Installation and configuration of new hardware and software
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues with local and remote users
