Job Description Job Classification: Contract The Helpdesk Support Team at our large Law Firm client is looking to hire a first level support technician for their second shift (12-9). Responsible for day to day first level support for a Law Firm Client, the candidate will handle, diagnose, and resolve end user calls in a single point of contact Helpdesk Environment. This is a high profile, high call volume structured environment: Provides support in the area of PC Operations related to Windows 98/2000/XP, Outlook 2000/XP, Office 2003, Strong Documentation Support experience. Must be able to provide outstanding customer service while assisting/resolving 20-25 incidents per shift related to XP and Remote Connectivity. An 80% FCRR(first call resolution rate) with an average talk time of 7.5 minutes. This person should be very comfortable supporting, troubleshooting issues related to XP, connectivity, remote support for Law Firm Users and back up our internal commercial Team. Specific responsibilities include: Acting as the customer advocate for problem resolution Advanced user and intermediate trouble-shooting skills. Must Haves: 1. 1-3 years of helpdesk phone support experience supporting: 2. Windows XP, 2000, Exchange 2003/Outlook, Office 2003 (heavy MS Word Support), Documentation Management Support Experience (I-Manage) 3. Remote Connectivity Support (IE) " Go To Assist" 4. Strong Customer Service Skills are essential and having attention to detail. Top Skill Sets: 1. Person must have 1mo - 2 years of helpdesk phone support experience 2. 1-3 Years of Experience/supporting troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems (XP,2000) Troubleshooting Exchange 2003, Outlook and Office 2003 (heavy MS Word Support) The user community is a law firm and they are big Office and Documentation Support Users.(I-Manage). 3.
