Helpdesk, 1st and 2nd level supporter, German and English, Permanent, Banking, Zurich recruitment

As a key member of this professional team, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including but not limited to:

-Providing 1st and 2nd level support for computer hardware and software

-Identifying issues, troubleshooting and providing assistance to users

-Answering internal phone and email requests for computer support

-Coordinating with other IT areas to resolve problems

The ideal candidate should have the following skills:

-Minimum 3 years of experience in the Helpdesk Support area

-Experience with Windows PC compatible hardware configurations and troubleshooting

-Good knowledge of desktop operating systems

-Basic understanding of LAN/WAN

-Problem solving driven with strong communication skills

-Fluent in German and good English skills
