On going temporary position with the potential to turn permanent for the right candidate.

Exciting job opportunity for a helpdesk administrator to join an organisation in Basingstoke.

MUST have call centre experience.
MUST have previous experience working towards KPI's and targets.

You will be responsible for taking incoming calls on the helpdesk, logging incidents on the system and also scheduling bookings for engineers. Administration skills are key and you must have good experience within a similar environment.

Successful candidates need to have excellent communication and organisational skills.

You must be immediately available to work 08.30-17.00 Monday to Friday.
