Helpdesk Administrator/Operator

We are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator/Operator, based in Bristol.
You will be responsible for the contracts and reporting into the Helpdesk Supervisor, you will provide an efficient and effective Help desk operation, administrative and clerical function to support the activities of the contracts in the Southern region.

You will focus on:
* Administration and Clerical Support for Help desk Operations within the Southern region.
* Managing the upkeep of the quotation process, by issuing quote number, typing and filing the quote, and chase for any outstanding quotations.
* Typing letters, reports, meeting minutes.
* Preparation and typing of quotations, and updating of correspondence files.
* Co-ordinating telephone and day to day enquiries relating to the portfolio onto the helpdesk.
* Management of sub-contractors records on the portfolio, raising orders for ad-hoc and specialist works requests.
* Disseminating information relating to QA, HS, HR and any other central support function.
* Liaising with Help Desk and disseminating information relating to call-outs and collation of call out rota.
* Collation of holiday /sickness records.
* Collation of paperwork regarding accident reports and site audits/inspections.
* Assisting in the design of site log books.
* Updating and issuing of asset lists.
* Ordering and managing the stock of internal forms, engineers’ uniforms and tools, plant room stickers.
* Adhere to documented management systems.
* Support and back up for other help desk operators.

Essential skills:
* Team Player.
* Good Telephone Manner.
* Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Software – Word, Excel, PowerPoint CAFM systems (Concept Evolution experience will be a distinct advantage)
* Organised and able to prioritise own workload.
* Able to communicate at all levels with good typing skills.
* Close Attention to Detail.
* Able to work on own initiative.
* Flexible.

Desirable skills:
* Knowledge of mechanical and electrical task carried out in the service industry.
