Helpdesk Adviser X 3 Job in High Wycombe, Home Counties Uk

Being part of the team to deliver against agreed service level agreements, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Recording detailed and accurate information from the call
Ensuring that all calls logged are allocated to the best placed engineer
To liaise with engineers on workloads and plan effectively
To respond to all feedback within 12 hours of being received with a personal response
Encourage customers to become repeat customers

You will be providing first class support, whilst guiding a team in delivering against key performance indicators.

Strong Microsoft office skills in particular Excel
Ability to prioritise workloads and solve problems
Strong team player with previous supervisory skills
Previous experience in working within a call centre environment
Technical helpdesk experience is desirable
4 days on 4 days off
Hours of work 7-7
