One of our local based clients are seeking an Helpdesk Advisor to join and professional and fast growing environment.

Overall purpose of the job :

The Helpdesk Advisor will work as part of a team that interfaces primarily with customers to deliver technical support for our clients products.

Key areas of the role :

To interface by telephone with the customers and effectively resolve issues

To attend product training courses as and when requested

To use all available tools to resolve issues

To ensure that targets are met

To manage workload effectively and ensure calls are passed to Field Service swiftly if unresolved

To undertake any other duties to aid in the effective running of the department

The ideal candidate must be able to troubleshoot well ad learn new skills quickly. They must be polite and professional and have the desire to succeed. This is a role where they can progress their career if they prove themselves. We are looking for a dedicated team member who can be depended upon.
