Helpdesk Advisor

Help Desk Analyst required for an extensive contract role to provide ongoing support in a growing team of Support Analyst's working for a large organisation.

You are required to, first and foremost, be an excellent communicator with a solid track record of excellent customer service skills. In terms of the core responsibilities of this position, you must have extensive experience working as a Service Desk Agent where you have provided technical support over the phone, email and via remote access for both systems and applications.

Furthermore, you must be a highly proficient troubleshooter who can diagnose and correct faults using inquisitive technical questioning and analysis to assist the end user with their query. An independent operator who has the confidence in their own technical knowledge to provide solutions on the 1st line support function.
