HAYS Office Support are working with a client in Redhill who is seeking 2 Helpdesk Analysts to join their busy service centre team. The successful candidates will have strong experience of working within a Call Centre/Service Centre environment.
Within this role you be required to assist with technical enquiries and resolve any issues via telephone email in a timely manner and provide technically accurate solutions to customers.
Our client is looking for someone who has a passion for customer service, possess excellent communication skills and understand the Service Centre environment.
Shift pattern is working on a 4 by 4 rota, 6am - 6pm then 6pm to 6am the following 4 days
This excellent company will assist in developing each candidate into a subject matter expert with continuous variety and guidance.
