Position Description
Helpdesk Analyst
Vaco Technology is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst for a client in Richmond, Va.
Only qualified applicants need apply.
Requirements include:
- Troubleshooting computer hardware or software
- Installing new software on users computers
- Cleaning, modifying, and repairing computer hardware such as monitors, keyboards and printers
- Authoring training manuals
- Reseting passwords, assisting with user registrations, and overall customer support
- Evaluation of company hardware and software
- Providing friendly and timely service to all customers
