Helpdesk call operative

A local based Facilities management company, within Essex are now looking to recruit for a Call Centre Operative that has previous experience working in a similar industry.

The role requires the successful candidate to understand the customers underlying issues and takes positive action to resolve, able to communicate with all levels, both internally and externally, effectively, responds positively to and acts on customer feedback and able to resolve difficult and complex customer issues and complaints.
