About the Job
- Previous experience in a helpdesk environment
- Previous experience logging customer service requests using SMEC Remedy 7.5 (or any version of Remedy)
- Knowledge of PABX IP Tel is desirable
- Previous Telecommunications experience is desirable
- IT certification / qualification is desirable
