The role will involve providing telephone and email based 1st level application support to multilingual customers (Mandarin/Cantonese/English), rostered between 7am till 10pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week), and providing back up support for 2nd level queries.

Fluency in all of Mandarin, Cantonese and English is ESSENTIAL.

Due to location and the varying working hours, your own transport will be essential. On-site parking is available.
