Helpdesk Customer Contract Coordinator with German / French

Our client based in Luton is looking for a Customer Service Helpdesk coordinator. You will be working with a leader in their field within a local industrial estate in Luton. You must be fluent in French/German and have a good command of the English language on a European scale.

The successful candidate will speak either German or French fluently. You will be a good customer service focused individual with good administration skills. You will be available for interviews immediately with a view to start within the next 4 weeks.Our client is seeking a switched on, intelligent and articulate candidate has a good level of experience within a customer services environment. 

•A very competent all round administrator especially with scheduling of engineers in the field
•Offers a great level of customer service and account management
•Good level of IT literacy and experience of logging calls and scheduling
•Fluent in both German/French and English
•Highly organised and able to work on own imitative.
