A multi award winning trading systems integrator is seeking a Help Desk / Technical Support analyst to join their growing Surrey based team.
This is an exciting opportunity for the successful Help Desk support analyst to join a fast growing within financial services. As the help desk support analyst, you will work with a broad range of technologies including network and connectivity. You will build an impressive portfolio of technologies and will be working with some of the worlds leading financial institutions.
The day to day activities of this role will include the following:
* Provide technical support to client including troubleshooting, implementation and configuration as well as the installation of new upgrades
* Building external relationships through the support desk
* Building technical knowledge
* Provide internal support to the team including software and hardware issues
* Constantly building and developing knowledge
To be considered for, Helpdesk Desk Support, IT Support, Technical Support, Windows, Networking, Helpdesk Programmes, Financial Services
You will need skills and experience in the following:
* Be educated to degree level in a scientific or mathematical discipline
* A background working within financial environment and supporting financial technology would be of huge benefit
* Experience working with technologies such as Windows operating systems, hard ware and software
* The Junior Application Support analyst will be enthusiastic around financial technology and keen to grow and develop a vibrant career
