This is a temp to perm opportunity with client in Baltimore. This manager has to be hands on and technical along with being able to manage. They are looking for someone with the follow experience: 1. 3-5 years of experience of Helpdesk Management experience. 2. Hands on helpdesk experience 3. Ability to troubleshoot Windows XP software and hardware break fix. 4. Hiring/interviewing potential helpdesk candidates. 5. Managing SLA's and meeting Director number expectations. 6. Managing of helpdesk budget 7. Managing phone support technicians. 8. Providing Budget requests and guidelines to directors and managing specific helpdesk related projects. Top skill they are looking for: 1. 3-5 Years as a helpdesk manager 2. 2-5 Years managing AND monitoring SLA's within a helpdesk 3. Knowledge of MS Windows XP software. 4. Management skills. 5. Great interpersonal skills, good communication skills and problem solving skills.
