Job Description

Working closely with the Infrastructure Manager, key responsibilities will include:

  • Logging service requests received from internal customers via the phone, email or work ups
  • Resolving incidents and service requests where possible at point of call otherwise referring to the relevant internal support group
  • Providing progress reports to the customer
  • Ensuring asset records are updated

The Successful Applicant

The successful incumbent will possess an excellent telephone manner, sound administration and coordination skills and the ability to work autonomously. Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
