Helpdesk Operator

A new opportunity has arisen for a customer focussed individual to assist in the smooth running and operations of these exciting facilities in South West London. This job is expected to be fast paced dealing with a number of different problems on a day to day basis, keeping the post holder on their toes.

Being the number one point of contact for all customer requests and queries, it is important to maintain a high level of professionalism through good communication both written and verbally.

You will have experience working on a busy helpdesk with a good understanding of Planned and re-active maintenance. This will need to be coupled with solid administration skills and knowledge of a CAFM system. Previous employment for a major service provider is desirable but a good attitude and hardworking ethic is certainly a pre-requisite.
