An excellent new opportunity has become available for an experienced Help Desk/ Scheduling Manager required for busy Builders Shop fitters to run a reactive maintenance help desk.

They have been around for over 20 years and they have worked closely with some of the best known organisations in the country and have gained an excellent reputation for them self's.
My client is recruiting for an experienced help desk manager. The candidate will be expected to have Office Management experience gained from working within previous roles.
Responsibilities will include:
• For taking logging calls
• Organising scheduling the labour team
• Invoice management
• Manage several different activities at one time
• Preparing KPI'S Invoicing.
• Logging calls
• Liaising with clients.
• Liaising with the help desk team
Experience needed / Requirements:
• To have run a reactive maintenance help desk.
• Proven organisation and time management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of a variety of software programs including Microsoft Office. Word, Power Point, Excel), Outlook.
• Self starter with ability to work to deadlines.
• Previous Office Management experience.
