This well known IT Service Provider is located close to Parramatta and easily accessible by car or public transport. They provide IT support to thousands of users around NSW.
They are looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Supervisor to look after a team of 8-10 Helpdesk staff in a high volume, fast paced call centre environment. You will manage a team of Level 1 agents to deliver high quality IT support services across PC/LAN including client server applications, web applications, Microsoft applications and operating systems, web publishing and content management systems. You will manage rostering, shifts and staff leave as well as ensuring staff meet KPI levels and SLA‘s are adhered to. You will regularly meet with other managers to discuss strategies and targets, perform skills reviews on staff and assist the Service Desk Manager to ensure ITIL practices are followed.
You will be experienced in the management of Service Desk teams and as a supervisor or team leader have superb man-management, time-management and organisation skills. Your verbal communication skills will be exemplary. You should demonstrate sound technical knowledge of MS Office applications, local area networking and MS operating systems. You‘ll have worked with a helpdesk call logging system such as HEAT and be experienced in working to SLA‘s and KPI‘s. Strong ITIL knowledge is also important.
