If you are an outstanding Helpdesk support analyst or IT Support Analyst with strong PC Administration and troubleshooting experience, please read on!

What you need for this position:

• Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred) in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years experience with hardware / Software support, PC administration troubleshooting
• Microsoft desktop OS experience MS Office/other desktop apps
• Strong experience, ideally with certification in ITIL Information Technology Information Library
• Strong customer service experience
