Helpdesk Support Analyst
This is an Excellent Opportunity for a Helpdesk Support Analyst to Get Industry Leading Training and Experience, whilst enjoying a Flexible/PART TIME schedule!! Working for a MARKET LEADING ORGANIZATION, this position will be responsible for taking calls, ensuring customer incidents requests are logged and actioned with minimal impact and within agreed SLA's.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as a single point of contact for escalation.
- Ensure the incident or request is actioned or assigned to a resolution team appropriately.
- Action queue requests and answer phone calls within SLA requirements.
- Resolve all customer complaints and understand the escalation procedure for the accounts.
- Assist in queue management where required.
- Provide excellent Customer service by ensuring customer requirements are provided in an accurate and timely manner whilst adhering to all processes, procedures regulations
Key Requirements:
- Be available for to work on a PART TIME BASIS - WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY FRIDAY ONLY - flexible working hours between 7am and 7pm.
- Good understanding of Windows XP environment.
- Experienced in working on a Service Desk / Helpdesk environment (preferably in a large capacity).
- Skilled in the use of case logging systems.
- Able to form good working relationships with and understand the needs and requirements of managers in an effort to deliver the desired outcomes.
- Display initiative, confidence, persistence and determination to drive the right outcomes.
- Possess good communication skills, both oral and written to facilitate open communication within the customer and the team.
- Able to manage time and multi-task.
- Solid knowledge and relevant practical experience relating to service desk activity, scheduling, incident classifications, request priorities and customer enquiries.
- Be self motivated and able to fulfill the role requirements with minimal supervision.
