Requirements
- At least 3 years experience supporting Windows Server, Desktop, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Virtualisation, (VMWare) and Microsoft Office: software rollouts, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- MS SQL Server administration, troubleshooting, and tuning (T-SQL scripting is a plus)
OR
- Strong infrastructure knowledge using Cisco hardware - routers, firewalls, and command line
Additional Requirements Are:
- Experience with Remote support, Web Hosting (IIS), development (.NET), Blackberry (BES Server), or Backup Utilities a plus
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- University degree in Computer Science, or relevant field
- Financial services experience preferred
- Candidates with lead experience will be considered for the senior role
