Location: Stafford/Sugarland
Pay rate: $16 per hour

Our client is looking for individuals ready to grow their career in Helpdesk Support. This position involves working in a team call center enivronment providing Level 1 troubleshooting of PC, laptop, and other technical issues via phone support.

Must be avaialble to work evening shifts!

Job Description:
* Responsible for answering all incoming calls.
* Responsible for providing first level hardware / software technical support.
* Responsible for maintaining user logins for applications
and application maintenance.

Primary Responsibilities:
* First line support for all technical related questions.
* Responsible for the creation of trouble tickets and
assigning ownership.
* Follow SLA's for trouble ticket escalation.
* Responsible for resolution of all first level trouble
tickets. (30-50 per day)
* Answering the Help Desk support line
* Provide application level support for supported
applications.
* Provide hardware troubleshooting support.
* Maintain Houston phone extension assignments.
* Setup and maintain user and facility information within
supported applications.
* Report network related problems or outages.
* Equipment ordering and tracking.
